RUBBER ROOFING
Rubber roofing for both commercial and residential roofs provides many benefits. On low-sloped or flat roofs rubber roofing is the best choice in terms of longevity, cost and practicality. With rubber lasting up to 30-40 years its a better choice than rolled asphalt for homes – which typically last 3-5 years (in our experience). While shingles repel moisture on pitched roofs using gravity to carry water away they have seams and don’t create a watertight seal needed to protect a low-pitched or flat roof from water and may create ‘ice dams’. For residential or commercial, flat or low pitched applications a rubber roof is the only choice.
