Traditional Application

Rubber roofing is typically installed on flat and low-sloped roofs. The lower roof pitch is not suited for asphalt shingle. Shingles are a better choice for steep-pitched roofs.

Flat or low-sloped roofs can have water can blown in different directions. On a rubber roof where there are no seems this isn’t an issue.

Rubber Roofs repel moisture, protect the structure underneath from standing water and have a 20-25 year lifespan on average.

A rubber roof can also be used on pitched roofs. This installation can add value to your home by extending the lifespan of your roof structure and can be installed over existing shingles.

During installation a layer of insulation can be added over the existing the shingles followed by the rubber membrane which would increase energy efficiency – saving money now on energy bills as well as in the long term because of the extended lifespan of the roof.
